A Family Kitchen, Rebuilt With Love
For years, Apetitos has been the kind of place where regulars greet the servers by name and the smell of simmering carne guisada pulls neighbors off Meadow Way Dr. and through our doors. One guest put it best: it's the kind of food that makes you think "your tias were back there cooking" — and honestly, that's exactly the vibe we're going for.
After a fire took our original building, we rebuilt from the ground up into a beautiful hacienda-style space with two large rooms, perfect for a family dinner or a big celebration. The recipes never changed. The nachos are still, according to our regulars, the best in Texas. The carne guisada tacos are still what people drive across town for — some have called them "legendary," and we happily agree.
